The Aufsesser Dunkel pours a clear copper-red with a medium, foamy, off white head. Sweet malt nose is dominated by appetizing bread crust and nut aroma. Similarly, the delicate sweet flavor gets characterized by slightly acidic heavily baked, nearly burnt bread crust and nuts. This product is easy to drink and well-balanced/hand crafted. The taste is what you want and expect from a superb dunkel style beer.

Pours hazy golden with not very large head that soon dissipates. Aroma is sweet wheat with bits of smoke. Taste is quite interesting with some smoky wheat, light banana, some sourness and somewhat dry finish. Mouthfeel is light-medium, average to low carbonation.

Wolters Pilsener presents a crystal clear, bright straw color with a fluffy bright white head. On the nose expect pale, crackery malt aromas, notes of hay, and a grassy and lightly floral noble hop character. In the mouth we found this brew light bodied and crisp with a nice soft bite from the carbonation. The mildly floral and grassy hop aromas come through on the palate too, in perfect balance with the light pale malt sweetness hinting toward white bread dough. Enjoy!

The beer pours a very hazy orange color with a two finger height head of fizzy white foam. The head has a pretty good level of retention, slowly fading over time to leave a good level of foamy lace on the sides of the glass. The aroma of the brew consist of a yeasty and doughy smell mixed with a rather strong showing of a banana and orange sweet smell. Overall, this beer has a special brewing composition: More than 50% wheat malt, other valuable special malts and white beer yeast. Everyone loves it for its fruity taste!

Named as a nod to John Riggins’ famous game-changing 4th & 1 touchdown in 1983’s Superbowl XVII for which he was awarded the Superbowl MVP – the John Riggins’ 4th&1 Pilsner is, technically speaking, a German-style Pilsner brewed with only classic pilsner ingredients. Malts used are true-to-style 2-row pilsner malt and dextrin malt. Hops are noble, old-world hops including: German hops Perle & Tettnanger, as well as the Czech hop, Saaz. Water profile dialed in to have specific characteristics of mineral-rich deep water wells found in Europe.

Agonic [ey-gon-ik] Line : A line on a chart that has no magnetic variation; i.e., on which true north is the same as magnetic north. Agonic Line is a true-to-style Vienna Lager. Malty aroma and sweetness are achieved with a combination of domestic and imported malts, with subtle bitterness from noble hop strikes in the kettle.
